The beginning in the end

There can never be a new day if the sun does not set on the previous day.

Last week had to end for this week to begin.

Though time itself is endless , it is somehow made up of countless beginnings and endings.

The same applies to life situations, some benefits or success already achieved will have to end to begin the process of attaining a higher level of success and greatness.

The
loss of a Job, a friendship , a marriage, or a business does not mean the end of the world or life. It is rather, an opportunity to make a fresh start, one that is free from errors of the past.

The end of something always seems grave, usually because of uncertainty around the future, and at times negative public perceptions. It seems like whenever we reach one goal, we tend to settle and feel as though we have attained all there is to gain. In the process we begin to limit the sources and resources available for us to live an even great life.

Your life is not great because of what you have. You may currently have a good Job, friends, spouse, or business, and though they may compliment you and your efforts. There is no guarantee that they will last for as long as you live,

Be happy because you are alive, make deliberate steps to create necessarily changes and have the ability to respond to unexpected changes.

The Little Pawn can grow

The Pawn is the usually the smallest piece on the chess board and it does not have much value when compared to other chess pieces. Further the little chess piece has very limited movement options; it is frustrating at times, that once a pawn begins its forward charge, it cannot even retreat to correct an initial mistake. This might just be the reason why in most games, the pawn ends up being sacrificed easily, without much thought.

In a game, the pawn has no chance on its own, it always must be protected by another piece if it must be secure. Though not immediate, its strength and value increases with every forward movement. Amazingly the pawn is the only chess piece that can transform into either a queen, bishop, knight, or rook when it reaches the opponents final line.

Like a pawn your life or business might not have much of a chance for survival, you may not be regarded as being able to achieve anything with your life or your business, you may not even have any resources at your disposal to start with. At this point you will need to draw as much from the near to nonexistent security and support available otherwise, you will not be able to survive if you choose to stand on your own.

Your strength is in keeping focused and moving forward. You cannot afford to retreat, even though there exist no restrictions from making such a choice, save for the consequences that might result as the opportunity or gap of opportunity you currently occupy might not be guaranteed if you retreat. Remember, you are not the only player on the life board, another pawn or even bigger piece might cease the opportunity.

As you mature in your life and your business, you score success, and you choose what you want to be. No longer a little pawn! But an established achiever and goal getter who, never gave up despite them not having much of a chance when they started out.
